Ras Al Khaimah real estate transactions hit Dh2.89bn in six months
February led property sales while June saw mortgages peak
RAS AL KHAIMAH – Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate market recorded transactions worth around Dh2.89 billion in the first half of 2026, covering sales, mortgages and ownership waivers.
The figures, released by the Lands and Properties Sector at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, highlight substantial activity across several segments of the emirate’s property market. Transactions were recorded between January and June.
Sales activity
Property sales accounted for Dh1.353 billion across 1,274 transactions during the six-month period. Registered mortgages added around Dh1.160 billion through 463 transactions, making financing a major component of the market’s overall activity.
Ownership waivers, involving transfers between parties without financial consideration, reached an estimated market value of around Dh380 million across 348 transactions.
Monthly figures showed notable variations across the categories. February recorded the highest property sales value during the first half, reaching Dh371 million. June saw the strongest mortgage activity, with registered mortgages valued at around Dh418 million.
April recorded the highest estimated waiver market value at approximately Dh152 million, adding another notable monthly milestone to the emirate’s property activity in the first half of the year.
Overall, the figures cover 2,085 transactions across sales, mortgages and waivers, with the combined value reaching around Dh2.89 billion from January through June 2026.
